• Introduction to Lyra & Lyra Level 1

  Aerial hoop (aka lyra) is a circular apparatus suspended from a single point. This class is for students who have never done lyra or for students at the Beginner Level. Students at both levels will be challenged in this class. Please wear clothing that covers the backs of their knees and torso for all aerial classes, other than pole. This will help avoiding burns caused by friction with the silks or hoop
